Who we are looking for:

 

We’re looking for a Web Master to own and scale our multi-site web network—from build and uptime to content operations and cross-team coordination.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Launch and manage multiple sites (CMS of choice); themes, plugins, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, CDN.
  • Implement new pages/sections, templates, and components; create wireframes/mockups when needed.
  • Content operations: publish/format articles, graphics, landing pages; enforce brand and UX standards.
  • Maintain performance, security, and uptime (backups, updates, monitoring, caching).
  • Set up analytics & tracking, goals, and dashboards; run basic A/B tests.
  • SEO hygiene: technical checks (sitemaps, robots, schema, redirects, Core Web Vitals), on-page basics.
  • Coordinate change requests with developers; write clear tickets/specs and follow through to release.
  • Localization workflow across languages; manage translation assets and content parity.
  • QA before/after releases; document processes and maintain a site inventory.

 

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years managing production websites (multi-site experience preferred).
  • Strong CMS skills, HTML/CSS, comfort with no-code/low-code tools.
  • Working knowledge: GA4, GTM, Search Console, PageSpeed/Lighthouse, CDN (Cloudflare/Akamai).
  • Solid English and communication; proven stakeholder coordination.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Basic JS/PHP, REST/GraphQL familiarity; CI/CD awareness; accessibility (WCAG) and GDPR/CCPA basics.
