Junior Designer (Graphic + UI/UX)

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with UI/UX skills to join our team. This role combines visual design for marketing, branding, and user-centered interface design. You will work closely with marketers, managers, and the product owner to create impactful visuals and digital experiences across multiple platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

Figma-based visual content creation

• Design social media posts and advertising creatives (Meta, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create landing pages, website sections, and UI layouts
• Develop high-converting visual assets for digital campaigns

Email marketing design

• Create stylish, conversion-focused email layouts
• Maintain visual consistency with brand identity

Branding

• Design logos, brand identity elements, and packaging concepts
• Support development of brand guidelines

Presentation & internal materials

• Design PDF guides, presentations, and internal company materials

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketers, managers, and the product owner
• Participate in creative discussions and iterate quickly based on feedback

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in graphic design or UI/UX
• Confident Figma skills (auto layout, components, styles)
• Understanding of marketing creatives and visual communication
• Experience designing landing pages or interfaces
• Basic understanding of branding principles
• Experience with email design is a plus
• Understanding of platform-specific design requirements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Attention to detail and good visual taste
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
