IT Manager / System Administrator to $2000

We launch and scale iGaming products for the LATAM market. Two products have already been successfully launched, and we are actively growing traffic and our partner network. We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Access management: creation, provisioning, and revocation of access (email, SaaS tools, platform admin panels, CRM, Git, cloud services)
• Platform integration via API to ensure automatic data transfer from the platform into internal systems
• Configuration of roles and permissions, and regular access reviews
• Support and maintenance of IT infrastructure and business-critical services
• Basic server and cloud administration (interaction with DevOps when required)
• Setup and maintenance of VPN, 2FA, and SSO
• Management of corporate devices (Mac / Windows)
• IT onboarding and offboarding of employees
• First-line IT support

Security & Compliance

• Control of access to sensitive and financial data
• Implementation of basic security policies
• Support of KYC / AML / anti-fraud tools (at the infrastructure and access level)
• Preparation of the IT environment for audits and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Experience as an IT Manager / System Administrator / IT Operations
• Understanding of iGaming or other high-risk industries
• Hands-on experience with access management and system administration
• High level of autonomy, accuracy, and responsibility

Обов'язки:

- Управління доступами: створення, видача, відкликання (email, SaaS, адмінки платформи, CRM, Git, хмара)

- Інтеграція з платформою через API, щоб дані з платформи автоматично завантажувалися в систему.
- Налаштування ролей, прав доступу та регулярні ревізії
- Підтримка IT-інфраструктури та робочих сервісів
- Базове адміністрування серверів та хмари (взаємодія з DevOps за потреби)
- Налаштування та підтримка VPN, 2FA, SSO
- Управління робочими пристроями (Mac / Windows)
- IT-онбординг та офбординг співробітників
- Перша лінія IT-підтримки

Security & Compliance:

- Контроль доступу до чутливих та фінансових даних
- Реалізація базових security-політик
- Підтримка інструментів KYC / AML / anti-fraud (на рівні інфраструктури та доступів)
- Підготовка IT-частини до аудитів та регуляторних вимог

Вимоги:
 

- Досвід IT Manager / System Administrator / IT Operations
- Розуміння iGaming або high-risk проєктів
- Практичний досвід з access management та системним адмініструванням
- Самостійність, акуратність, відповідальність
