Recruiter (mass recruitment)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic HR Department. As an in-house Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind hiring the best cable technicians on the US market for our growing team of over 300 contractors. No prior experience necessary; however, a strong willingness to learn and grow in field is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates.
- Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Communicate with candidates, negotiate offers, and support the onboarding paperwork process.
- Manage the CRM system, maintain accurate records, and generate reports for the Recruitment Team Lead.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Lead to meet hiring needs and ensure successful placements.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday.
