Customer Retention Manager to $1000

About Us:
ZBL is an international EdTech product company that builds, launches, and scales proprietary education brands in the Health & Fitness niche, powered by global influencers and performance marketing. We operate as a full-cycle model: from idea and product development to marketing, analytics, and operations โ€” fully in-house.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage failed and overdue payments for online courses and subscriptions.
  • Contact customers via email regarding unpaid invoices and payment issues.
  • Send professional payment reminders and follow-up emails.
  • Personalize email communication based on customer situation, country, and payment status.
  • Work with various payment cases (card issues, bank declines, missed installments).
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve email messages.
  • Apply soft sales and negotiation skills to encourage payments.
  • Offer alternative payment solutions when needed (new method, installment plan, pause).
  • Update payment status and notes in CRM or billing systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support, finance, or payment recovery is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Strong soft sales and negotiation skills.
  • Basic experience with CRM and payment systems.
  • Willingness to use AI tools to optimize work processes.
