Key Responsibilities:
- Manage failed and overdue payments for online courses and subscriptions.
- Contact customers via email regarding unpaid invoices and payment issues.
- Send professional payment reminders and follow-up emails.
- Personalize email communication based on customer situation, country, and payment status.
- Work with various payment cases (card issues, bank declines, missed installments).
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve email messages.
- Apply soft sales and negotiation skills to encourage payments.
- Offer alternative payment solutions when needed (new method, installment plan, pause).
- Update payment status and notes in CRM or billing systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support, finance, or payment recovery is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Strong soft sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic experience with CRM and payment systems.
- Willingness to use AI tools to optimize work processes.
