Lead Data Quality Engineer

What you'll own:
The single source of truth for enterprise master and reference data.
Not just data pipelines. Not just data quality.
The golden records that power risk, trading, and analytics across the organization.
Your role:
You'll manage master and reference data domains using TIBCO EBX, ensuring data consistency, governance, and regulatory confidence within a complex banking environment.
Day-to-day, you'll:
β Define golden records for customer, product, and hierarchy domains
β Configure workflows for approval, validation, and stewardship
β Integrate EBX-managed entities with downstream systems
β Manage reference data versions, crosswalks, and data mapping tables
β Deploy, support, and troubleshoot EBX in production
β Design custom REST APIs for EBX integration
β Performance tune EBX application configuration
You're the right fit if you have:
Must-haves:
β 4-7 years managing master/reference data domains
β Banking or financial services data experience
β TIBCO EBX production environment expertise
β Golden record definition and stewardship workflow configuration
β Experience integrating master data with trading, risk, analytics platforms
β Data governance and regulatory compliance knowledge
β BSc/MSc in Data Management, Computer Science, or related field
Strong advantages:
β EBX Match & Merge Add-On experience
β Custom EBX REST API development
β Banking regulatory data requirements knowledge
β Multi-platform data consistency expertise
