We're hiring a Senior Agile Delivery Manager for Data & Analytics transformation in Sofia.

What you'll actually do:

You'll lead multiple squads delivering:

→ Advanced analytics platforms

→ Data engineering pipelines

→ Business intelligence solutions

→ Cloud data infrastructure (Microsoft Fabric, Azure)

This means:

✓ Owning complex programs from strategy to delivery

✓ Managing cross-functional teams using Agile methods

✓ Partnering with senior leadership on transformation roadmaps

✓ Scaling Agile practices across the department

✓ Balancing flexibility with governance (hybrid Agile/Waterfall)

Most Delivery Managers handle 1-2 teams.

You'll orchestrate delivery across multiple squads.

You won't just manage sprints.

You'll architect how data teams collaborate, deliver, and improve at scale.

You're the right fit if you have:

Must-haves:

→ Expert Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

→ Proven experience leading enterprise-scale programs

→ Strong stakeholder management (C-suite level)

→ Risk and dependency management across multiple teams

→ Experience with hybrid delivery (Agile + Waterfall)

Nice-to-haves:

→ Advanced certifications: SAFe SPC, A-CSM, or equivalent

→ Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Integration Services

→ Background in Data & Analytics delivery

→ You must be a foreign national currently living in Bulgaria
