Lead Manager to $500
Responsibilities:
· Work with the CRM system: handle initial lead communication, input information, and update lead statuses.
· Quality leads and transfer qualified leads to sales managers.
· Conduct initial client qualification based on established criteria.
· Ensure timely responses and perform follow-ups.
· Ensure timely processing of inquiries.
Requirements:
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. A second language is beneficial (Spanish/Russian/Chinese/Arabic).
· Ability to manage multiple lead inquiries simultaneously.
· Solid knowledge of CRM systems.
· Patience and an eye for detail.
· Previous experience in customer support or a call center is a plus.
· Ability to work in the Eastern Time (ET) zone, 6-8 hours per day.
