This is not a classic IT Project Manager position.

• What You’ll Do
• Own execution of AI and digital product initiatives from idea to result
• Work closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams
• Turn high-level goals into clear priorities, actions, and timelines
• Keep momentum across multiple parallel initiatives
• Identify blockers early and actively remove them
• Ensure alignment between technical, product, and operational stakeholders
• Maintain clear, lightweight documentation and status visibility
• Act as a true execution owner, not a task administrator
• Use AI tools to increase speed, clarity, and decision quality

• Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in project, delivery, or execution-focused roles
• Strong experience working with software engineers in real delivery contexts
• Background in AI, digital products, SaaS, or fast-moving tech environments
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments, where priorities change quickly and teams operate with high ownership.
• Ability to adapt structure and execution style to fast-moving, resource-constrained settings.
• Proven ability to drive execution end-to-end in non-classical setups
• Confident, hands-on use of AI tools in daily work (planning, documentation, analysis)
• Ownership mindset — you take responsibility until things are done
• Experience in a large or well-structured company, with the ability to apply that discipline flexibly
• Strong prioritization, organization, and execution judgment
• Experience with task or project management tools
• English: C1 (advanced, confident communication)
