We are VintoGroup, an international iGaming company operating since 2020. Our portfolio includes successful sportsbook and casino products across multiple markets. Over the past year, we have grown rapidly, scaled our teams, and were awarded Best Sportsbook Operator at the SiGMA Awards.
 

We are seeking a colleague and partner with experience in recruitment and the iGaming industry.

First and foremost, we are seeking an expert in their field who is experienced enough to work autonomously and passionate enough about their profession to have a strong drive.

If you know how to distinguish an excellent candidate from a good one and can create and maintain their interest throughout all stages of the recruitment process, we will make sure to monetize your professionalism!

You are:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (iGaming is a must)
• Experience in hiring specialists in the gambling niche (SMM, Affiliate, Media Buyers and others)
• Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, etc.
• English level — Intermediate and higher
• You have your own list of Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for all types of vacancies in the iGaming industry
• You are proficient with various tools for automating sourcing and recruiting processes and know how to gather lists of the necessary candidates
• You know how to skillfully guide a candidate to the point of signing an offer
