Technical Operations Manager
We’re scaling a high-volume newsletter business and are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to own the infrastructure that powers our growth.
This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the technical foundation behind our newsletter operations: accounts, domains, access environments, templates, and workflows. Think of it as running a production-grade newsletter factory — fast, repeatable, secure, and resilient.
You will operate hands-on. Speed matters. Precision matters. Stability matters even more.
The goal is to reliably launch and maintain 10+ new newsletter setups per week without creating long-term risk or operational debt.
This is not a support role and not a coordination role. You will personally execute, document, standardize, and improve the systems that allow the company to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Platform Operations
- Create, configure, and maintain accounts across newsletter and supporting platforms at scale
- Manage access securely using multilogin or isolated browser environments
- Ensure consistent setup standards across all new accounts
Infrastructure & Risk Management
- Set up and maintain proxy infrastructure for safe, segmented operations
- Understand platform constraints, enforcement patterns, and failure modes
- Design setups that minimize flags, downtime, and operational risk
Domains & DNS Management
- Register and manage domains used for newsletter operations
- Configure DNS correctly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, routing, platform connections)
- Maintain clean domain organization and lifecycle management
Templates & Standardization
- Build and maintain standardized templates for newsletter setups
- Work in structured batches (5–10 at a time) to maximize speed and consistency
- Document repeatable workflows and setup logic
Maintenance, Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor accounts and infrastructure for issues (logins, domains, platform errors)
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly to keep operations running
- Identify weak points in the setup and proactively improve them
Automation & Scale
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Implement scripts, tools, or integrations to reduce manual work
- Continuously improve speed without sacrificing stability
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume account or platform setup (email platforms, SaaS tools, ad platforms, or similar environments)
- Strong understanding of multilogin setups, environment isolation, and proxy usage
- Hands-on experience with domains and DNS management
- Comfortable working with fast, repetitive, precision-critical processes
- Strong attention to detail — small mistakes create large problems at scale
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
- English level: C1 (required)

- Experience with scripting or automation (Python, n8n, Zapier, similar tools)
- Experience supporting growth, marketing, or publishing teams
- Strong documentation habits (SOPs, checklists, internal guides)
