About the Project:
We are building a global luxury travel and property exchange platform that connects owners of high-end vacation homes around the world. The platform allows members to exchange access to their properties using a flexible credit-based model, enabling stays in premium homes, villas, resorts, and unique destinations across 100+ countries.
The product serves a high-net-worth audience and focuses on seamless user experience, trust, security, and premium service. The system includes advanced booking flows, credit management, member verification, and customer experience tools.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as a key communication bridge between our US-based product team and our Australian business stakeholders.
Due to significant time zone differences, this role is critical for ensuring real-time collaboration, fast feedback loops, and smooth product delivery. You will gather requirements, clarify feature needs, handle incoming requests, and ensure alignment between business goals and product development.
This is a part-time position with a fixed working window from 09:00 to 12:00 CET (10:00โ13:00 Kyiv time in winter / 11:00โ14:00 in summer).
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main communication bridge between the Australian business team and the US-based product team.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements, feature requests, feedback, and complaints.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Answer stakeholder questions about product features, roadmap, and system behavior.
- Facilitate discussions, clarify priorities, and manage expectations across teams.
- Maintain product documentation, meeting notes, and structured summaries.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working with distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
High level of autonomy and ownership.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in travel tech, marketplaces, SaaS, or luxury consumer products.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Technical background or strong technical understanding.
