Middle Drupal Developer

Hi there!
We are Anyforsoft, an outsourcing IT company that has been helping clients from Europe and US build scalable systems in domains such as EdTech, eCommerce, media and more for over 10 years.
We’re currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented Drupal Engineer to help us manage our continuous delivery processes and ensure smooth and reliable system operations.
If you are experienced with cutting-edge tools (including cloud technologies, virtualisation, server infrastructure and network management), have strong analytical skills, and communicate effectively, we would love to have you in our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Development custom (and combining contrib ones) solutions from scratch and for existing projects as part of the development team
• Code review from other team members
• Taking part in the technical discussions plannings and estimation
• Taking part in the technical decisions
• Communicating with the development team and clients, leading feature demos in English and ensuring shared understanding of goals and expectations.
• Translating business and product goals into technical tasks and suggesting better alternatives when initial requirements do not lead to the best user experience.

What We Expect:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Solid hands-on experience with a technical stack including PHP, Drupal 10–11, databases, integrations, and DevOps tools, with the ability to deliver production-ready, end-to-end solutions
• T-shaped engineering profile: deep expertise in Drupal and PHP, combined with practical experience and the confidence to work with other languages, frameworks, or low-code tools when it adds value to the product
• Technology-agnostic mindset: chooses tools and approaches based on business goals and user experience, not personal preferences or “one favorite stack”.
• Readiness to quickly learn and switch between technologies, debug unfamiliar systems and integrate new tools (including AI assistants) into the development workflow.
• B2+ level of English proficiency
• Ownership and responsibility for results: delivers on commitments and keeps pushing until the outcome is achieved, not just the task closed.
• Proactivity and energy: actively proposes improvements, risks and options instead of waiting for detailed instructions.
• Critical and systems thinking: can structure vague requirements, ask clarifying questions and see dependencies between business goals and technical choices.
• Strong communication skills: can communicate clearly with the team and clients, including leading demos and explaining complex topics in simple English.
