IT Researcher / Talent Sourcer / Junior Recruiter

Trinetix is looking for an IT Researcher/ Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will interact with a high volume of talent, build lasting relationships, and provide the very best candidate experience. 

Requirements  

• 0,5+ years of experience as an IT Researcher/Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role 
• Strong organizational skills and time efficiency skills, willingness to learn, takes accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment 
• Attention to detail when tracking candidates and updating ATS systems 
• Good communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English level 
• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

Nice-to-Haves 

• Experience with AI tools 
• Research and analytical skills 

Core Responsibilities 

• Actively source and connect with top talent across multiple channels to keep our pipeline strong. 
• Coordinate interviews and make sure candidates and recruiters are always in the loop. 
• Keep ATS records accurate and up to date. 
• Create a positive experience for every candidate through clear, friendly, and timely communication. 
• Work closely with Recruiters to understand current needs and shifting priorities. 
• Contributing to a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional throughout the process.
