Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Lead generation specialist to drive new business opportunities, primarily through LinkedIn and event-based activities. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who knows how to build relationships, generate and validate high-quality leads, and support the full lead nurturing cycle โ€” from initial research and event preparation to follow-ups and CRM management.

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in lead generation for a software development company
  • Proficient written English (B2+ level or higher)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and key software development technologies
  • Good understanding of software outsourcing and outstaffing business models
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation, including building connections, crafting outreach messages, and managing campaigns
  • Proven experience with email-based lead generation, including cold outreach and follow-up campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; ability to work independently and take ownership of results

 

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience in event-based lead generation โ€” both offline (conferences, meetups, networking events) and online (webinars, virtual summits)
  • Good skills in working with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, or Gemini for research, content creation, or automation
  • Experience with lead outreach and automation tools such as Instantly, Apollo, or similar
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization techniques, and sales automation workflows

     

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, event platforms, email campaigns, and other relevant channels
  • Plan and execute lead generation activities around targeted industry events (before, during, and after events)
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns aligned with marketing and sales goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and test new strategies and hypotheses for outreach and engagement
  • Book live or virtual meetings with qualified leads and ensure smooth scheduling and communication
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads generated from events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, event, and lead generation metrics
  • Continuously explore new tools, platforms, and methods to improve lead quality and conversion rates
