Recruiter, HR Manager

Mirko Solutions is an international IT company specializing in web and mobile development for clients in the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. We are growing rapidly and are currently looking for an Recruiter, HR Manager for a new international project.

Required skills:

• 1+ year of experience in this position in the field of IT
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with potential candidates
• Results-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace
• English at B1 + level
• Ability to prioritize tasks correctly in order to meet deadlines.
   

The following would be a plus:

• Candidate sourcing skills, courses in HR/Recruitment
• Understanding of the most common IT areas, frameworks, and languages for recruitment, such as: Frontend (JavaScript, React, Vue), Backend (Java, Python, Node), etc.;
• Experience in negotiation, ability to help with employee issues.
• Your main responsibilities will be to select candidates (find, screen, and interact with candidates in the recruitment process for various IT positions).

We offer:

• Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a lunch break from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.;
