UI/UX Designer (Mobile App, Startup, Maritime Industry)

Hi 
My name is Stan, and I’m the founder of GYRO Team - a mobile product for seafarers.

Important to note: this is a startup position, not a classic outsourcing role.
We are looking for a partner to join the team, not just a task-based contractor.

We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the project at an early stage, with a perspective of long-term collaboration and a full-time role.

What we already have:

• A working mobile application (iOS / Android)
• Real users
• A development team

What you will do:

• Work with the existing mobile app design (redesign, UX improvements)
• Design new screens and features
• Gradually build and maintain the product’s design system

What we are looking for:

• Experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications
• Understanding of UX logic and user flows
• Ability to think like a product designer, not just “draw screens”
• Responsibility and a desire to grow together with the project
