Category Manager / Brand Manager (Amazon, Pet Products) to $4000

We are a fast-growing B2C private label brand specializing in high-quality pet products.
We actively operate in the US and European markets through leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.

Our team of 40+ professionals is focused on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement to advance the pet product industry.

Due to business growth, we are looking for a Category Manager / Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and key performance metrics to drive sales growth
• Develop and optimize marketing and promotional strategies
• Work closely with the PPC team to improve advertising efficiency and ROI
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product launches, optimization, improvements)
• Monitor KPIs and continuously test improvements to listings and advertising campaigns

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Amazon and other major e-commerce platforms
• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Manager / Brand Manager role (Amazon PL).
• Strong proficiency with analytics and optimization tools (Helium 10, MyRealProfit, or similar)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of key e-commerce metrics
  High level of independence, attention to detail, and results orientation

Languages:

• Russian, Ukrainian — fluent
  English — B1+
