Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance our release workflow for optimal product delivery.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Provide accurate estimations of product scope and define key deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, management, and leadership, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Leverage your technical expertise to actively contribute to strategy and discussions.
• Improve efficiency by automating workflows, streamlining processes, and optimizing our CRM system.
• Lead initiatives within the department to foster technical excellence, innovation, and diversity.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending new tools or processes to the team.
• Time Zone Requirements:
  You’ll primarily work in the Ukraine time zone, with some flexibility to be available during EST hours as needed.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in PHP development, particularly in building CRM/ERP solutions for B2B clients.
• Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, Codeigniter, JavaScript (jQuery, Socket.io), and MySQL.
• Solid experience with distributed computing and API integration best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, database concepts, dimensional modeling, and database design.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects across the full development lifecycle.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude, ready to take initiative within the organization.
