Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our team. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who takes ownership of analytical solutions, sets a high bar for data quality, and ensures that reporting is scalable, performant, and trusted by the business.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain complex Power BI datasets and semantic models
• Define and evolve analytical data models that serve multiple reporting and business needs
• Develop efficient and well-structured DAX measures and calculations
• Transform, clean, and prepare data using Power Query
• Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights and support decision-making
• Optimize performance of data models, queries, and reports
• Manage datasets, refresh schedules, gateways, and security in Power BI Service
• Ensure consistency and reliability of metrics across reports and solutions
• Work with data from CRM systems and other business applications
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to align analytics with data architecture
• Challenge and improve existing data models, assumptions, and reporting approaches

• Contribute to analytical standards, documentation, and best practices

   

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of professional experience working with Power BI
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Advanced understanding of data modeling concepts and analytical best practices
• Strong DAX expertise including time intelligence and performance optimization
• Strong experience with Power Query and data transformations
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational data sources
• Experience designing scalable, reusable, and maintainable semantic models
• Good understanding of Row-Level Security and data access concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric concepts such as semantic models and dataflows
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and take ownership
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Good English communication skills

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse or Dynamics 365
• Experience working with large or complex datasets
• Understanding of ETL and ELT concepts and data pipeline design
• Experience with dataflows, Fabric pipelines, or similar ingestion tools
• Familiarity with lakehouse or warehouse concepts
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting standards
