Head of Recruitment
Requirements
โ At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
โ Proven experience managing a team of recruiters
โ Strong expertise in hiring specialists for high-risk digital products and performance-driven businesses, including Web3 projects and marketing teams (media buyers, affiliate managers, traffic managers, Web3 / blockchain specialists, product, analytics, compliance, and related roles)
โ Experience working with a high volume of vacancies, fast-paced hiring, and competing priorities
โ Solid understanding of business metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions
โ Experience building recruitment processes from scratch or scaling existing ones
โ Ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders
โ Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
โ Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for a fast-growing digital product with an international focus
โ Manage the recruitment team: task setting, performance control, KPI management, team development, and performance reviews
โ Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for product and business roles
โ Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders (C-level executives, department heads)
โ Prioritize vacancies and manage the recruitment pipeline in conditions of high workload and parallel hiring
โ Optimize, standardize, and scale recruitment processes (ATS, Jira, SLA, reporting)
โ Analyze and control key recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, conversion rates, and team workload
โ Improve candidate experience and develop the employer brand in a competitive market
โ Participate in shaping the HR strategy and scaling teams during periods of active business growth
