IT Business Analyst

Lumitech is looking for a talented IT Business Analyst / PM / Product Owner to join our growing team.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ year of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid understanding of Agile software development principles
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and system requirements
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating requirement elicitation sessions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BPMN / UML and process modeling techniques
• Optimizing workflows using AI and other modern tools.
• Ability to create wireframes or mockups to support project specifications
• Basic knowledge of project and product management concepts
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
• Technical background (QA, development, or data-related field)
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
