Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who can own the lead generation process end-to-end and consistently deliver qualified B2B leads.
This is not a junior or “executor-only” role.
You will be expected to think, test, analyze, and improve.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage B2B lead generation processes from scratch
- Define and refine ICPs and buyer personas
- Generate leads via:
- LinkedIn outreach (personalized, multi-step sequences)
- Upwork
- Cold email campaigns
- Write and test messaging, value propositions, and outreach strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain and manage CRM pipeline
- Track key metrics and improve conversion rates
- Work closely with the founder on growth and sales strategy
Requirements
Must-have:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation (IT / SaaS / services)
- Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach at scale
- Strong understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and sales funnels
- Ability to independently build and optimize outreach systems
- English B2+ / C1 (written communication is critical)
- Data-driven mindset and ownership mentality
Nice to have:
- Experience with Upwork lead generation
- Understanding of IT outsourcing and T&M model
- Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs
- Experience working directly with founders or sales leads
