Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who can own the lead generation process end-to-end and consistently deliver qualified B2B leads.

This is not a junior or “executor-only” role.
You will be expected to think, test, analyze, and improve.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage B2B lead generation processes from scratch
  • Define and refine ICPs and buyer personas
  • Generate leads via:
    • LinkedIn outreach (personalized, multi-step sequences)
    • Upwork
    • Cold email campaigns
  • Write and test messaging, value propositions, and outreach strategies
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintain and manage CRM pipeline
  • Track key metrics and improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with the founder on growth and sales strategy

Requirements

Must-have:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation (IT / SaaS / services)
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach at scale
  • Strong understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and sales funnels
  • Ability to independently build and optimize outreach systems
  • English B2+ / C1 (written communication is critical)
  • Data-driven mindset and ownership mentality

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Upwork lead generation
  • Understanding of IT outsourcing and T&M model
  • Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs
  • Experience working directly with founders or sales leads
