PM & System Architect: Performance Marketing (Finance / EU Market)

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Base Salary: $3,000 / month
  • Maximum Bonus Potential: $7,000 / month
  • Total Compensation Cap: $10,000 / month

Operational Logistics

  • Vertical: Finance (EU Market focus).
  • Work Mode: Fully Remote.
  • Commitment: Professional full-time commitment. The Architect is expected to dedicate all time and focus necessary to maintain system health, hit KPIs, and execute the product roadmap.
  • Standard Operating Hours: Daily operations and availability start at 13:00. This is the baseline for syncs, reporting, and active management.

The Immutable Rule (Governance)

CPA ≤ 20% of Confirmed LTV

  • Threshold: If this rule is violated across the global portfolio, ALL bonuses for the period are voided ($0), regardless of volume or other KPI achievements.
  • Purpose: To prioritize capital protection and regulatory compliance over vanity metrics.

Product & System Optimization Framework

The PM/System Architect is responsible for the continuous evolution of the finance product portfolio through the following workstreams:

  1. Hypothesis-Driven Growth (Finance Specific)
  • Formulation: Develop at least 2 high-impact hypotheses per week focused on EU finance user behavior (trust signals, interest rates, regulatory compliance).
  • Testing: Execute rapid split-testing cycles (A/B or multivariate) to validate offer positioning, pricing models, and application flows.
  • Scaling: Only scale funnels that have passed the "Hypothesis Validation" phase with statistically significant data.
  1. Funnel Conversion Rate (CR) Monitoring & Improvement
  • Constant Monitoring: Real-time auditing of funnel health, specifically monitoring KYC/onboarding drop-off points.
  • Active Optimization: Continuous improvement of landing page speed, copy resonance for EU audiences, and checkout/application friction.
  • Full-Stack Methodology: Utilization of all available methods—including heatmapping, session recordings, and technical debugging for EU-specific payment gateways or localized forms.
  1. Portfolio Scaling & Maintenance
  • Risk Diversification: Scaling the portfolio horizontally (adding funnels/GEOs) rather than vertically to ensure system stability across different EU regulations.
  • KPI Integrity: Ensuring all scaling activities respect the 20% CPA rule and ROAS targets.

Bonus Architecture (Max: $7,000/mo)

  1. Core Performance Bonuses (The Floor)
  • Baseline Maximum: $1,500 / month
  • Focus: Fundamental execution, hypothesis testing cycles, and daily system maintenance in the Finance vertical.
  1. Profit Multiplier Bonus (Primary Scale Lever)

    Rewards profit density after all variable costs.

  • $75,000 Net Profit: $1,000 Bonus
  • $100,000 Net Profit: $1,750 Bonus
  • $150,000+ Net Profit: $2,500 Bonus

    Conditions: Global CPA ≤ 20% LTV, Portfolio ROAS ≥ 4.5, and max one funnel below 10% CR.

  1. Portfolio Scaling Bonus (System Builder Reward)

    Incentivizes a stable, multi-funnel ecosystem across EU regions.

  • 4 Active Compliant Funnels: $250 Bonus
  • 6 Active Compliant Funnels: $500 Bonus
  • 8 Active Compliant Funnels: $1,000 Bonus

    Criteria: CR ≥ 10%, CPA ≤ 20% LTV, MDR ≥ 80%.

  1. Capital Efficiency Bonus (Anti-Burn Incentive)

    Rewards optimization of margins beneath the hard cap.

  • Avg CPA ≤ 18% LTV: $250 Bonus
  • Avg CPA ≤ 16% LTV: $500 Bonus
  • Avg CPA ≤ 15% LTV: $1,000 Bonus
  1. Sales Velocity & CR Improvement Bonus

    Rewards efficiency and constant conversion rate gains.

  • Lead to Cash ≤ 9 Days: $100 Bonus
  • Lead to Cash ≤ 8 Days: $200 Bonus
  • Lead to Cash ≤ 7 Days: $500 Bonus

    Conditions: +15% WoW improvement in CR on 2+ funnels and DULV ≥ 100/day.

  1. Organizational Reliability Bonus

    Rewards consistency and executive presence.

  • Requirements: 0 missed reports, 0 data discrepancies, 100% updated hypothesis log (Compliance/Legal documentation included).
  • Bonus: $500 / month

The Hard Cap & Overflow

A Monthly Total Compensation Hard Cap of $10,000 is strictly implemented. Any bonus calculations exceeding the $7,000 limit will be allocated toward a Quarterly Super-Bonus pool, Equity/Phantom shares, or a Strategic Retention Pool.
