Description

• Participate in development of complex banking and fintech digital solutions
• Work on web and mobile financial systems in a distributed international team
• Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze business needs and transform them into clear, structured system requirements
• Support projects involving integrations, regulatory compliance, and high‑load architectures

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in banking or fintech
• Strong understanding of core banking domains, including cards, accounts, loans, payments & transfers, and tokenization
• Solid experience in business and system analysis
• Confident use of BPMN and UML for modeling business processes and system interactions
• Experience working with SQL and data analysis
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and API‑first design principles
• Experience analyzing and documenting mobile and web interfaces (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS, React‑based applications)
• Experience with system integrations, including banking systems, SWIFT, ERP platforms, and tokenization services
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery processes
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container‑based environments
• Experience with security and access management tools such as Keycloak, Vault, or similar solutions
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards, including PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2
• Hands‑on experience preparing and maintaining documentation such as BRD, FSD, SRS, as well as user stories and acceptance criteria
• English level A2 or higher
• Proactive, structured, and detail‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional specifications
• Model business processes, system flows, and data interactions
• Prepare and maintain high‑quality analytical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Support API and integration design from a business and system analysis perspective
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in backlog refinement, requirement clarification, and prioritization
• Ensure requirements compliance with banking regulations and security standards
• Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and expected behavior
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis processes and documentation standards
