Art Director / Art Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Art Director / Art Lead to define and drive the visual identity of our slot games.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and evolving our art direction, leading a strong art team, and ensuring every release meets high visual and production standards.


What you’ll do
 

• Define, own, and evolve the visual direction of our slot games from early concept through release;
• Ensure visual consistency, originality, and a strong signature style across the entire slot portfolio;
• Lead the creation of high-quality game art, aligning creative vision with production and technical constraints;
• Collaborate closely with Producers and Mathematicians to translate game mechanics and concepts into compelling visual experiences;
• Build and maintain art documentation, moodboards, and style guides across multiple projects;
• Review the team’s work and provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback;
• Establish and continuously improve art pipelines, workflows, and quality standards;
• Mentor and develop artists, supporting both individual growth and overall team performance;
• Take part in hiring, onboarding, and integration of new artists into ongoing projects.

What you bring
 

• 3+ years of experience in art leadership roles within iGaming or slot game development;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in game art, composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling;
• Proven experience defining and delivering visual direction for multiple released slot titles;
• Solid understanding of slot production pipelines — from concept, asset creation, and animation to final integration;
• Experience leading and mentoring artists across 2D, 3D, animation, and VFX;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative decisions and direction;
• English level: B2 or higher.

Nice to have
 

• Experience working with distributed teams and external art vendors;
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar production/project management tools;
• Understanding of UI/UX principles specific to slot games.
