Designer (Junior) — Performance Creatives to $1000

This role is perfect for those who are confident in English, German, or Spanish (B2+) and want to start a career in IT / digital from scratch.
We’re looking for a Junior Assistant Designer to help create high-performing advertising creatives for social media.

You’ll work with digital ads, learn performance-driven design, and grow inside a fast-paced marketing environment.

What We Offer

• Full-time, 100% remote
• Working hours: 10:00–19:00 Kyiv time
• Hands-on experience with real advertising campaigns

What You’ll Do

• Assist in creating ad creatives (static & short-form video)
• Adapt visuals for different platforms and formats (TikTok, Instagram, Meta)
• Work with templates, visual assets, and simple animations
• Monitor social media trends and apply them to creatives
• Improve ads based on performance data and team feedback

What We’re Looking For

• B2+ level in English 🇺🇸 / German 🇩🇪 / Spanish 🇪🇸
• Understanding of visual trends and cultural context of the US / Germany / Spain markets
• Basic skills in composition, color, and typography
• Strong interest in design, advertising, and digital marketing
• Attention to detail, independence, and ownership of results
