Lead Generation Manager (IT Services / Outstaffing / Outsourcing / Dedicated Teams)
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Manager to build and manage a full-cycle outbound lead generation process with a strong focus on cold email and LinkedIn outreach. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality leads, running campaigns, and driving opportunities for our IT services, outstaffing, and dedicated team offerings in the EU and US markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage cold email & LinkedIn campaigns targeting CTOs, Founders, Product Managers
- Research, segment, and qualify leads (ICP definition, buyer personas)
- Optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and campaign performance
- Track metrics: open rates, replies, meetings booked, SQLs
Requirements:
- 2+ years in B2B lead generation / SDR role (IT services experience a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar)
- Strong written and spoken English (B2+) and persuasive outreach skills
