Marketing Growth Manager
Hi! We are looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to join our marketing team and work on traffic growth, lead generation, and channel optimization.
In this role, you will focus on analyzing existing marketing activities, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing improvements across SEO, content, and inbound channels.
The position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the marketing function scales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic and increasing MQLs.
- Analyze current channels, identify growth opportunities, and propose and implement improvements.
- Apply innovative solutions in SEO, content, and inbound marketing.
Future/Strategic Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing team, set goals, monitor progress, and provide mentoring.
- Define priority areas for marketing development.
- Audit and improve current processes.
- Motivate and manage the team effectively.
- Analyze departmental KPIs and ensure their achievement.
- Oversee all marketing processes within the company.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- B2B marketing experience (preferably in IT or service-based companies).
Understanding of the marketing funnel, inbound lead generation, and expert-driven content. - Experience working with expert, technical, or niche B2B content.
- Understanding of key marketing performance metrics and hands-on experience with analytics tools: ability to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and test hypotheses with measurable results.
- Understanding of end-to-end (full-funnel) analytics.
Experience setting up end-to-end analytics or preparing technical requirements (BRD/TOR) for its implementation. - SEO / Organic marketing: ability to conduct basic SEO audits, understanding ranking principles, and working with content architecture.
- Experience using AI tools and understanding AI-driven approaches in marketing and content (AI search, AI analytics, AI-assisted SEO).
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive or HubSpot).
