About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all marketing content is created, coordinated, and launched on time and in line with the company’s strategy — from idea and planning to publication across all media platforms.

You will manage one core project — Live & Study in Europe marketing — and coordinate the full content production cycle according to the SMM calendar.

Responsibilities

• Control and execution of the brand’s content and marketing strategy.
• End‑to‑end management of marketing content from idea to launch.
• Planning and coordination of the creative team (design, copywriting, video production).
• Creating clear briefs, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring structured workflows.
• Coordination of SEO specialists, external designers, video production teams, and freelancers.
• Managing the content calendar and controlling publications across platforms.
• Ensuring all materials align with the company’s marketing and content strategy.

Required Skills

• Strong soft skills: communication, structure, and stakeholder management.
• High level of self‑organization and ability to manage multiple directions simultaneously.
• Mandatory experience and confident skills in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
• Experience coordinating creative teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Experience with CMS (WordPress) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Understanding of the marketing funnel.
