Senior/Lead SEO Specialist

A product iGaming company is expanding its team and looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who will be responsible for making decisions that directly impact organic traffic growth and business performance. This role requires a high level of ownership and independence, a structured and systematic approach, strong analytical thinking, and a clear focus on measurable results and efficiency.

Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of SEO strategy (technical SEO, content, and link building) aligned with business objectives
Budget planning and forecasting of key project metrics
Launching and scaling SEO projects in new GEOs, taking into account local market specifics
Ongoing monitoring and analysis of project performance metrics
Tracking Google algorithm updates and proactively adapting websites and strategies
Close collaboration with in-house teams (content, development, link building)
Preparing regular performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with iGaming SEO projects
Strong understanding of modern SEO practices and search engine algorithms
Advanced proficiency with analytics tools and website technologies
Ability to effectively use AI tools in day-to-day SEO work
Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies within budget, delivering measurable milestones
Ability to drive results in short timeframes and significantly improve project efficiency
English level B2 or higher

Nice to have
Portfolio of successful cases demonstrating traffic and ranking growth
Experience working in highly competitive niches across international markets
Skills in automating routine SEO tasks
