Marketing Manager (E-commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of all marketing activities for two e-commerce brands:

  • eversolid.com.ua โ€” premium wooden desk accessories and workspace solutions;
  • podavach.store โ€” niche technical accessories.

This is a result-oriented role with end-to-end responsibility: from strategy and analytics to execution and performance optimization. Our goal is sustainable revenue growth and efficient use of marketing budgets.

 

Key responsibilities

Strategy & planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for both brands.
  • Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs.
  • Prioritize channels and activities based on business goals and unit economics.

Paid traffic & acquisition

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets.
  • Test and validate hypotheses (audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages).

Analytics & reporting

  • Ensure correct tracking and analytics setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events).
  • Analyze key metrics: CPA, ROAS, ROMI, CR, AOV, LTV.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Retention & CRM

  • Build and optimize email/SMS marketing flows using Klaviyo (segmentation, triggers, automation).
  • Work on repeat purchases and customer lifecycle marketing.

Content & creatives

  • Define content and creative requirements aligned with brand positioning.
  • Prepare clear briefs for designers, copywriters, and video creators.
  • Review and iterate on creatives using Figma (comments, edits, approvals).

Website & funnel optimization

  • Initiate and manage A/B tests.
  • Work on conversion rate optimization (CRO) together with the technical team.
  • Participate in shaping value propositions, offers, and promotions.

Contractors & partners

  • Coordinate external specialists and agencies.
  • Evaluate performance based on agreed KPIs.

 

Requirements

Must-have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager in e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads);
    • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max);
    • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce funnel: traffic โ†’ conversion โ†’ retention.
  • Practical experience with Klaviyo (email/SMS flows, segmentation, automation).
  • Ability to work with Figma on a marketer level (reviewing layouts, comments, and minor edits).
  • Strong analytical skills and confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • English โ€” Upper Intermediate or higher (working with international tools, documentation, and contractors).

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in furniture, workspace solutions, or niche technical products.
  • Experience launching new products or brands.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing (management level).
  • Experience working with marketplaces.
