Junior General QA to $700

Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for 2 years. Our team has grown to about 50 people, and now we are looking for new colleagues to join us.

Right now, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Junior General QA to help ensure high-quality software delivery and grow professionally in QA.

💼 What you’ll do:

- Define end-to-end test scenarios and data mappings using development documentation and requirements

- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts

- Support existing automated test suites and create new test cases

- Execute API, cross-browser, and functional testing

- Maintain test result documentation to assist the development team in debugging and improving software

- Report bugs and suggest improvements

- Participate in refinements and discussions of new features

- Collaborate with developers, QA teammates, and other stakeholders to ensure quality

- Work with tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, and browser DevTools

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and communicate progress effectively

Who we’re looking for:

🧠 Hard Skills

- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL

- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC

- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools

- Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger)

- Understanding different types of testing and their proper use

- Experience with cross-browser testing

- Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools

- Experience in writing test documentation (test plans, test strategy, test cases, bug reports)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

- Ability to work in situations with incomplete or evolving requirements

- Initiative and proactive attitude toward improving QA processes

- Ability to express and justify technical decisions and ideas

- Proactive approach and sense of responsibility

- Strong attention to detail

- Experience with load, performance, and stress testing

- Experience with automation testing tools (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)

- Payment functionality testing

- Experience with mobile testing

- AI testing experience
