We are a hybrid Product/Outsource company looking for a versatile Recruiter to handle our full-cycle hiring. 

You’ll be the bridge between technical talent, non-tech specialists, and our global partners. 

If you can switch from sourcing a Node.js Developer to a Business Development Manager without missing a beat, let’s talk!

 

What you will do:

  • Full-cycle hiring: Technical (JS, DevOps, QA) and Non-technical (Sales, Marketing, PM) roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work directly with hiring managers and external partners to define requirements and market strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain a clean ATS and provide a stellar candidate experience.

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in IT Recruitment (experience in both product and agency/outsource is a plus).
  • Solid Tech IQ: You understand modern stacks and the SDLC.
  • English: [B2/C1] – necessary for communication with international partners and candidates. 
  • Polish: Will be a big PLUS.
  • Proactive mindset: You’re a "hunter," not just a "post-and-pray" recruiter.
