Business Analyst Lead

As Business Analyst Lead, your core mission is to organize and scale the business analysis function, ensuring complex business needs are translated into clear, high-quality requirements and effectively delivered by the team.
 

What you will do:

• Work with complex and large-scale business and system requirements;
• Organize, coordinate, and prioritize the work of Business Analysts;
• Build and improve business analysis processes and standards;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and approve requirements;
• Support and mentor Business Analysts, helping them grow professionally;

• Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business and quality expectations.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating other BAs;
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2 or higher), both written and spoken;
• Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and managing business and system requirements;
• Ability to break down complex tasks into clear, structured, and manageable parts and describe algorithms for developers;
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, file exchange);
• Confident use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar, Postman, browser Developer Tools;
• Good understanding of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV);
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to model processes and data using UML or similar notations.

What would be a plus but not required:
