We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Staffing Partner to join our team. In this role, you will ensure seamless HR operations by managing various administrative tasks and contributing to the well-being and engagement of our employees.
As a Staffing Partner, you will work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth and efficient staffing processes. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers in achieving their workforce goals. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Coordinate interview schedules and act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
- Monitor staffing metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements in recruitment workflows and candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS software
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
