Senior Webflow Developer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Webflow Developer

Responsibilities:

- Build and iterate on landing pages, marketing pages, and CRO-driven variants in Webflow

 - Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow implementations

- Ensure consistent behavior across breakpoints with strong attention to layout and interactions

- Implement experiment-ready page structures to support A/B testing and CRO initiatives

- Maintain system integrity by following existing class naming conventions and layout systems

- Create reusable components and templates where appropriate

- Work with CMS collections efficiently and safely

- Avoid regressions in shared components, templates, and global styles

- Support implementation of A/B tests (VWO or similar) and analytics instrumentation (GTM)

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow (system-level, production, CRO pages)

- 2+ years of practical CRO experience (landing pages, A/B testing, experimentation mindset)

- Experience working with large-scale Webflow sites, reusable components, and CMS

- Experience in high-velocity marketing environments with frequent iterations

- Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals (responsive layouts, flexbox, grid)

- Basic JavaScript for DOM manipulation, experiments, and integrations

- Ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready Webflow builds

- High attention to detail, reliability, and production-quality standards

- Upper - Intermediate or higher level of English

Nice to Have:

- Experience in regulated or conversion-critical environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.)

- Familiarity with GTM, VWO, GA4, or similar analytics and experimentation tools

- End-to-end ownership experience from design exploration to build and iteration
