Senior Product Owner for Fintech domain - Ukraine location only

Who we are looking for:

• Product Owner with 3-5+ years of experience in building and managing digital products, ideally in financial or operational domains. 
• You have strong analytical and product-thinking skills, can translate business needs into clear product requirements, and feel comfortable collaborating with engineering and finance teams. 
• Experience in cost accounting or financial operations (e.g. cost allocation, project costing, budgeting, financial workflows, internal billing systems, ERP/finance products) is a strong plus.
• You communicate confidently in English and Ukrainian and are motivated to grow in a complex, data‑heavy environment. 
• Nice to have: familiarity with financial processes, cost allocation logic, reporting systems, APIs, and data platforms.
   

Your future role:

• Own and manage the product lifecycle for a financial or cost‑accounting‑related product 
• Тranslate business, financial, and operational needs into structured product requirements 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and finance teams 
• Drive roadmap development and ensure alignment with business goals 
• Monitor product performance (accuracy, efficiency, adoption) and optimise features 
• Ensure clarity, reliability, and usability of financial workflows 
• Contribute ideas to improve product processes, automation, and user experience
• You’ll work in an agile environment on impactful internal‑facing financial products with a team that values quality, clarity, and collaboration.
