Product manager (CRM product) $3000-6000

About the company
Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy - full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We’re the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we’re accelerating.

Role overview
We’re looking for a CRM Product Manager who will own the development of our CRM as a real product, not an internal tool. You’ll define what we build, why we build it, and how it improves user experience and business outcomes. The goal is simple: ship a CRM that users rely on daily and that drives retention and revenue.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead customer discovery through interviews, workflow analysis, and behavior insights to uncover real CRM pain points

  • Define product direction and roadmap priorities based on impact, data, and business goals

  • Design and improve core CRM workflows from lead to deal to daily execution

  • Translate product strategy into clear MVP scopes, requirements, and build-ready delivery plans

  • Own delivery from planning to release, working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders

  • Set success metrics and run experiments to improve activation, retention, and time-to-value

  • Support go-to-market and monetization planning by shaping packaging, value propositions, and retention loops

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 3+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on CRM development as a product

  • Proven track record of building and improving CRM workflows with measurable user and business impact

  • Experience owning product roadmap, prioritization, and shipping iterative releases

  • Strong understanding of CRM core concepts: leads, contacts, pipelines, activities, automations, lifecycle stages

  • Ability to run discovery and turn insights into clear product decisions and execution plans

  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and using experiments to guide product improvements

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (you’ll use it in daily communication, product discussions, and documentation)

➕ Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working at a top CRM product company (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Freshworks, Monday CRM, Creatio, Dynamics 365)

  • Background in SaaS products with strong focus on retention and monetization

  • Experience building CRM automation, integrations, or workflow engines

  • Familiarity with real estate, lead marketplaces, or high-velocity sales environments

🎁 Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • You’ll work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where data drives every decision

  • Your work will ship fast and impact thousands of users

  • High autonomy, low bureaucracy: we trust you to own your domain

  • Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication

  • Salary (fixed base) ABOVE the market average

  • A smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff

  • 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually

  • Paid access to courses, books, and growth resources

  • Real decision-making power and ownership of your results
