HR People Partner (Non-IT)

We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to become a trusted partner for the business and employees, ensuring effective people management and continuous development of HR processes within the company.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying and supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding to offboarding.
  • Partnering with department heads on team building, development, and performance improvement.
  • Administration and continuous improvement of key HR processes, including:
    • pre-boarding and onboarding;
    • probation period management;
    • regular 1:1 meetings;
    • performance reviews;
    • compensation and salary reviews;
    • employee retention initiatives;
    • offboarding processes.
  • Monitoring employee engagement and satisfaction levels, identifying risks and improvement areas.
  • Supporting employee training, development, and professional growth initiatives.
  • Resolving HR-related issues connected with internal processes, organizational changes, and scaling.
  • Analyzing, improving, and implementing internal HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Maintaining a positive, transparent, and productive team climate.
     

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR People Partner role or a similar position (HR Business Partner).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, talent development, and employee motivation principles.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing key HR processes: onboarding, probation period completion, 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, salary reviews, retention, and offboarding.
  • Experience in building, optimizing, and scaling HR processes.
  • Ability to build effective internal communication, resolve conflicts, and maintain a healthy team environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of empathy and strong listening skills to understand team needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and structure work effectively.
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
