Webflow Developer (Project-based)

We are looking for a Webflow Developer on a project-based basis to build and maintain our corporate website for a digital services company (AI & Web3).

This is not a full-time and not a part-time role.

Each project has:

• clear scope
• fixed estimate
• fixed delivery timeline

You are not “just a Webflow builder”.

You understand:

• how digital service companies sell
• how UI/UX affects conversion
• how to integrate AI-powered features into websites
• how to work independently without waiting for micro-design fixes

🔧 Core Responsibilities

Website Development

• Build a pixel-perfect corporate website in Webflow
• Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow layouts
• Independently adjust layouts if small UI/UX improvements are needed
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and clean structure

AI & Automation Integration

• Implement AI-powered website chat (trained on company data, cases, services)
• Integrate AI-generated blog content pipelines (articles generated via AI based on relevant sources)
• Understand and work with AI APIs, prompts, and basic automation logic
• Collaborate on AI content workflows (not just static pages)

Content & Blog System

• Set up CMS collections for blogs and case studies
• Support AI-assisted content publishing
• Ensure SEO-friendly structure for articles
• Understand SSR / dynamic content rendering basics

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Webflow expertise (real production projects)
• Experience building corporate websites for digital / IT / service companies
• Confident Figma → Webflow workflow
• Pixel-perfect mindset
• Solid understanding of UI & UX fundamentals
• Experience integrating AI features (chatbots, content generation, automation)
• Ability to work independently without constant designer supervision
• Clean, structured, maintainable Webflow builds

⭐ Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus)

• Experience working with AI automation tools
• Understanding of how AI-generated content pipelines work
• Experience in SaaS, AI, Web3, or digital agencies
• Basic SEO understanding (structure, metadata, content hierarchy)
• Familiarity with Webflow CMS scaling and performance optimization
