Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our merchant portfolio and drive revenue growth across e-commerce, digital services, and high-risk industries.
 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new merchants across e-commerce, digital services, and high-risk verticals.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients, understand their business models, and present tailored Sola payment solutions.
  • Own the client journey from first contact through go-live, coordinating onboarding together with KYC, compliance, and tech teams.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with merchants, increasing processing volumes and overall lifetime value.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging payment technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue and processing volume targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, deal documentation, and reporting within CRM systems.
     

Requirements

  • 1โ€“2+ years of experience as a BDM or Sales Manager in payments, fintech, PSP, or acquiring (experience in gambling/forex is a strong alternative).
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem: acquiring, PSP models, APMs, chargebacks, rolling reserves, MID structures.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
  • English level B2+ (mandatory).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and strongly results-oriented.
