Administrative Manager

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Manager to join our team. 

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office environment, taking part in events organization, assisting other teams with reports, and operational tasks. This role requires multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a collaborative team setting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Database management and reporting;
  • Organize and maintain Office space, ordering standard goods and running facilities over the office;
  • Search of goods and services;
  • Create an ideas and organizing corporate events, greetings;
  • Travel requests assistance and executions
  • Assist other teams with reports, operational tasks.
  • This role requires flexibility and may include other responsibilities such as decorating the office for events and holidays, ordering items to meet departmental needs, helping other department managers with general requests/tasks, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Office Manager/Administrator);
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Strong PC user: Google Drive and Office standard package;
  • Accuracy with data, tables and budgets;
  • Huge desire to work and learn new skills;
  • Flexible personality with proactive attitude;
  • Ability to work mostly from the office (3days/week).
