AdOps / Account Manager (CTV / AdTech)

AdOps / Account Manager / Business Development (CTV / AdTech)

We are looking for an AdOps / Account Manager / Business Development specialist for project-based cooperation, who has a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the CTV / video ecosystem, and is comfortable working with clients in the European market.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Programmatic ads (non-social)
• Strong understanding of CTV / Video / Display advertising
• Practical experience with DSPs / Ad servers
• Working knowledge of OpenRTB
• Understanding of VAST / VPAID
• Experience with AdTech platforms such as:
  • Intelligent
  • SmartHub
  • or similar platforms

Nice to have:

• Experience with DV360
• The Trade Desk
• Amazon DSP
  (The platform principles and ecosystem knowledge are more important than specific brands.)

Metrics you will work with:

Programmatic / AdTech:

• Fill rate
• CPM
• Delivery / pacing
• Campaign performance

Video / CTV:

• Video Completion Rate
• Reach
• Frequency
• Inventory delivery quality

Critical for this role:

• Ability to debug advertising campaigns
• Ability to optimize campaign delivery
• Ability to clearly explain to clients what is happening and why

Language requirement:

• English level: B1 or higher
