Email Marketing Manager (E-Commerce)

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Manager to shape thoughtful, high-performing lifecycle communication, turning real data and creativity into campaigns and automations that build trust, retention, and long-term value.


Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will own and evolve our email and SMS marketing strategy. You’ll blend creativity and analytics to nurture meaningful relationships with customers at every stage of the lifecycle. 

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns and automations, analyzing performance, and continuously testing new ideas to improve results. Over time, you’ll be encouraged to take greater ownership of projects and strategy.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Grow subscriber lists, maintain list hygiene and strong sender reputation.
  • Drive user retention through Email and SMS channels
  • Build and manage audience segments based on user behavior and lifecycle stage
  • Plan, create, and manage Email and SMS campaigns/automated flows. Write compelling copies and collaborate with designers on visuals and layouts
  • Monitor the performance closely, analyze results, outline next steps
  • Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, incentives, etc.)
  • Bring fresh ideas and improvements that help push performance forward

 

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in email marketing
  • Experience working with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance (understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Results-driven mindset with the knack for analyzing data, forecasting outcomes, and proposing testable hypotheses
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency in English (B2 / Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

 

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Magento
  • Background in e-commerce
  • Healthcare industry experience (strong advantage)
