As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted partner to employees. You will play a key role in shaping people practices that support business goals, team effectiveness, and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring a healthy, engaged, and high-performing organization.

 

Your Day-to-Day Mission

  • Partner with managers and leadership teams to support business objectives through effective people strategies
  • Work closely with team leads on leadership challenges, team development, and performance topics
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning during growth and change
  • Own and support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve people processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, PDPs, engagement initiatives)
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, feedback, and workplace matters
  • Drive performance management practices, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
  • Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities
  • Manage employee relations cases with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Administration
  • Analyze people metrics and insights to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transformations

 

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role
  • Proven experience working closely with managers and leadership teams
  • Strong systemic mindset and hands-on experience implementing HR processes
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in advising leaders
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken)
