As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted partner to employees. You will play a key role in shaping people practices that support business goals, team effectiveness, and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring a healthy, engaged, and high-performing organization.
Your Day-to-Day Mission
- Partner with managers and leadership teams to support business objectives through effective people strategies
- Work closely with team leads on leadership challenges, team development, and performance topics
- Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning during growth and change
- Own and support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
- Design, implement, and continuously improve people processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, PDPs, engagement initiatives)
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, feedback, and workplace matters
- Drive performance management practices, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Manage employee relations cases with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Administration
- Analyze people metrics and insights to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformations
What You Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role
- Proven experience working closely with managers and leadership teams
- Strong systemic mindset and hands-on experience implementing HR processes
- Solid understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence in advising leaders
- Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken)
