Marketing Manager Sport

We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions. We are looking for a Marketing Manager Sport  to join our team.

 Requirements:
- Betting experience is mandatory;

- Knowledge of the basic betting terms and mechanics;

- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;

- Experience with client segmentation;

- Strong English skills, with the ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;

- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods;

- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;

- Analytical mindset;

- Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: LTV, ARPU, RR, CR, GGR, NGR, etc.;

- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio.

Responsibilities:
- Monthly planning and compilation of marketing activities;

- Organization of promotions, raffles, and other activities to retain and return the player;

- Creation of a communication plan with players via SMS, e-mail, messengers, push and social networks;

- Calculation of predictions, analytics of held actions;

- Management of expenditure planning and reporting;

- Setting up trigger chains;

- Communication with the team to develop a general strategy;

- Analysis of the market and competitors;

- Setting tasks for the employees of cross-departments.
