About the Role

As a Junior Technical Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s payment platform and help businesses integrate and run their payment flows smoothly. This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of technical operations and product — working with our technical and business teams to resolve issues and improve the payment experience for businesses worldwide.
 

What you’ll own

• Analyzing incoming client requests and finding effective solutions
• Collaborating closely with product and technical teams inside the company
• Communicating with client representatives to resolve technical issues related to our product
• Working with product documentation and keeping it up to date
   

You’re a great fit if you have

• Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Knowledge of SQL
   

Nice to have

• Self-starter — you can own your projects and take full responsibility for your area
• Practical experience with Postman and Python
