Project Manager

Hi there!
We are Anyforsoft, an outsourcing IT company that has been helping clients from Europe and US build scalable systems in domains such as EdTech, eCommerce, media and more for over 10 years.
We’re currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager who will help us manage processes effectively and build strong relationships with our customers.
If you are familiar with project management approaches, methodologies and key metrics; have strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; can anticipate client needs and pain points; and communicate effectively - we would love to have you in our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Preparing, estimating and managing project budget.
• Schedule, timeline, and resource management.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
• Jira administration (configuring and maintaining Jira workflows, boards, and permissions, ensuring accurate data capture).
• Collecting project metrics and preparing regular reports.
• Communicating with clients, anticipating and proactively resolving issues.
• Managing and motivating the team, ensuring accurate task statuses and high quality of delivery.
   

What We Expect:

• 1+ year of experience in IT Project Management.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC, Agile practices, and traditional project management approaches to budgeting, timelines, scope, and risk management.
• Familiarity with key project metrics.
• Confident technical communication (comfortable using technical vocabulary and demonstrating solid technical understanding).
• Comfortable with preparing analytical reports and collecting project metrics (analytics visualisation, designing diagrams and scalable tables).
• English: B2+ (ability to conduct client meetings).
• Product owner's mindset - focus on delivering product value rather than just following processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and passion for data analysis and systematization.
• Excellent communicational skills, and client orientation (ability to propose solutions and clearly articulate their benefits).
• Proactivity, ability to work independently and take full responsibility for business results.
