About the Role

We are looking for a Programme Manager Support to assist in the coordination, governance, and delivery of complex programmes and initiatives. This role supports Programme and Project Managers by ensuring structure, visibility, and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple workstreams.

The position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Programme Managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on programme activities
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, workshops, and key programme events
  • Maintain programme documentation, plans, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams
  • Prepare materials for steering committees and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure adherence to programme governance and reporting standards
  • Support communication between teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Assist with budget tracking, forecasts, and resource allocation (where applicable)
  • Help ensure programme timelines and deliverables stay on track


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in programme, project, or PMO support roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience with programme / project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good English communication skills
